We are an Artificial Intelligence and Automation business. Our most complete product is CREAM-AI, which is an automation and CRM side-kick system which reduces the time spent on back-office and clerical functions and automates a lot of standard processes an agent has to go through on a daily basis to keep their business flowing. The CREAM-AI system does all those repetitive jobs for them and has everything ready for them to go at the start of every day. We are currently scaling the product and onboarding users as quickly as we can. It is an online SAAS system which works on any device for convenience and support. There are currently over 250,000 Commercial Real Estate Agents in the USA and this system would be valuable and effective for all of them. Every user we have had so far loves the system and it has quickly become indispensable for them.
The product is complete and fully functional but we will be adding many AI-driven modules and support features as it grows and flourishes. We have been working on the system for the last 18 months and have managed to get to rollout and scaling – a different set of challenges.
We have a number of other AI products and services which are designed and prototyped but the CREAM-AI became a frontrunner and we have gone with that first. Our aim and desire is to make products and services that save time and make people more efficient at their job. We are not replacing staff – we are making it so the users have more time to focus on that actual job rather than form filling or clerical tasks. Automation where it counts – giving you time to do more of the job you love, OR allowing you to get time back into your life for a better work/life balance. The quality of life issue is something that seems to have been lost in recent years – we feel it is important to have this as a USP as much as any technology or innovation. Our users have responded to this proposition incredibly well and the product-sell is not a difficult one at all.
